Store-to-Customer & Commercial Delivery Workflow
Delivery Request Initiation
Delivery requests may be submitted by operational staff on behalf of a customer or directly by the customer for eligible purchases or shipments. All requests follow a single standardized workflow to ensure consistency.
Job Review, Live Tracking & Driver Assignment
Requests are logged into the @shot platform and live tracking is activated. Delivery details are reviewed, and the job is assigned to a verified local driver whose vehicle type, capacity, and availability match the delivery requirements.
Secure Load Verification & Digital Pickup Manifest
At pickup, the driver completes a digital manifest confirming item details, quantity, and condition. This step establishes chain-of-custody accountability before departure.
Delivery Execution with Real-Time Monitoring
Deliveries are actively monitored using real-time GPS tracking. Route progress, delays, or deviations are identified early and addressed proactively.
Time-Stamped Geolocation & Photographic Proof of Delivery (POD)
At drop-off, delivery completion is confirmed through time-stamped geolocation data and photographic proof of delivery, ensuring clear confirmation and dispute reduction.
Confirmation & Recordkeeping
All delivery records—including tracking history, pickup verification, and POD—are securely retained and accessible for operational review and issue resolution.
